Shipping is only to the 48 Continental States and Canada, so any orders outside of the U.S. or Canada will be cancelled.
Your order is very important to us and we make sure that is packaged well to protect it.
United States: UPS Ground tracked shipping only is only $4.95 no matter how many products are in your order from Bird Villas.
Your order will be shipped within two business days and you will be emailed a UPS tracking code at that time.
Canada: Canadian orders are $19.95 shipping and are sent via Canadian Post.
Please contact us immediately regarding any damage to your products during shipping for a return authorization number. Any returns without a return authorization number will not be accepted. There is a 25% restocking fee on item returns that had no problems due to the product. These are outdoor products and therefore can only be returned in new condition. Any product returned in anything other than new condition will be sent back to you with no refund.
